I bought a psp, but previous owner had originally 2.0 firmware, but he updated it to 2.71. Is it possible, to downgrade it to 2.0 (1.50) again?

Yeah it is possible to downgrade your 2.71 providing that its not a TA-082 psp.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.DO NOT USE IF YOUR PSP IS A TA-082!

I know, that there must be some any kind of UMD Disc in the psp to play games from memorystick and use homebrew software.
I just want to know, does this disc have to be a game, demo disc, movie or all umd`s will work?

You only need a UMD to play ISOs, but you dont need one to play homebrew.
You can install 2.71 SE-B3 if you want to play ISOs without a UMD, heres a guide:

I heard it bricks your PSP if you install a higher firmware (from 2.71 se)because of the major firmware file differences
