NERO HOME DOES NOT PLAY TV CHANNELS

With the TV card configurator in Nero Home the TV channels are selected. The system reports 28 channels selected ,but in the next step no pictures but sometimes the sound is working.
Nero Home does not display the channels, only a green screen , sometimes a picture for a second.
With Nero Vision I can see the TV channels previously selected with Nero Home.
I also can record to hard disk.
Who knows a solution , I have ask Nero Support, upon there request I have send them the infotool.txt file.
The response is rather slow so may be someone out there knows a solution.
