a few days ago i could use my gcc 4240N RWdvd and my computer could recognise the dvdram GSa-4167B usb device...
from one day to the other my computer does not recognise these items...when i go to the equipment administrator the computer sees them but tell me that it cant find the controllers...
what can i do...? where can i download these controllers or where can i look for them in the computer?
please HELP!!!!
