Installed AnyDvd now i'm getting Blue Screen Error

I recently reinstalled windows xp. After reinstalling Any Dvd with Key, I get the blue screen of death. I am using DVD Shrink and Nero. When I uninstall Any Dvd I have no problems and can burn just fine. So I know somehow Any Dvd is creating errors. I have updated my drives firmware. Just want to get Any Dvd running again, any help or ideas.
