Hai

If noticed that the SE-B CF has troubles with new Games :S

They boot properly but they keep loading for ever!! Doesnt matter if you got "No-umd" disabled or enabled, Se-B Has New Games Troubles.

Unless someone knows how to do it....With devhook maybe?

Thanks in advance,
Nohtreya

There are two ways to solve most game issues on se-b'' - either install the hybrid 2.71/2.80 files to flash or use hybrid devhook 2.71/2.80

I'll help anybody who needs PSP help but only if you've helped yourself first - Everything the scene knows is self taught. What makes you spoonfed n000bs special?

PROJECT EE IS A FARCE!! THE REAL SCENE HAS SPOKEN - n00bs with an idea but no coding skill does not make a firmware.

hw do u flash 2.71/2.81???
tht would mean u dun need devhook to load the games and can just run it straight from the games menu right?

You have 2 options:

1.Install the new version of DevHook, this doesn't allow you to run the new 2.8 ISOs from the menu, you have to load DevHook. However it is safer and more stable as it doesn't write to flash.

For this option see here:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/2006/11/23/2712...ckage-for-se-b/

2.Install the hybrid firmware to flash. This allows you to run the fw 2.8 games from the XMB but it writes to flash.

For this option see here:

Hope this helped,

I have around 40 games including NFS: CARBON, FIFA07 and SOCOM2 and i have been able to run every single one of them from the game menu on SE-B3 with NO-UMD. The only time i've had the trouble of a game sticking on the loading screen is when i 'acquired' a game called field commander that only had spanish files in it. This meant that on my english psp, it was looking for english language files and since there were none...it would freeze. SE-B3 has run every game i've tried.

Note: Make sure you have the "Run Plain Modules" turned off. That screwed me when i turned it on.

I believe it means you can run unsigned prx's...but i'm not quite sure. All i know, is that if it's turned on umd's generally won't run.
