Take the battery out, put it back in then hold R at starup.

Install the 2.71 SE B ultimate

thats wat i mean the program just crashes the psp wen i start it so even though the files are there i cant do anything

rizza i have already installed SE-B. i have updated to SE-B'' a few moments ago but when i try to play gta:vcs with no umd mode it gets to intro screen then psp crashes. i think the update isnt full as i dont have the data.dxar file.

if that happens it is most likely a bad ISO. You can try changing some of the settings in the config (R at startup) or did you mean the introduction when you turn the PSP on?

no the actual game intro. well it loads and at the end of the army cutscene the psp resets. I am using no umd mode also. The onlhy reason i updated to se-b 3 was because vcs works with no umd
