1st of all i hope this is the correct forum if it isn't i apollgize and please move to correct form.

i tryin to back up my copy of eight legged freaks fresh out the box no scratches, with dvdxcopy xpress but I keep on recieving error when im tryin to burn.is there protection on this dvd, and is there anyway around it.

Also, try using a prgram called DVD Shrink. You can download the program and view the user guide here. Just click on the User Guide section on this site and select DVD Shrink.

The way around the protection is to use Dvddecrypter or SmartRipper ( do a web search to find them :)) They will allow u to copy the dvd to ur hard drive while cracking the encryptioon. U can then use programs like dvdshrink/dvd2one to downsize so it fits on a dvdr.
