Ive been downloading a torrent for days now! it is at 99.9% and then just stopped and starting uploading. The file is only 349 megabytes. so why has it uploaded 1.55 gb?!?!?!?! the ratio is 4.550 what is going on here??? ive done port fowarding and everything (not sure if that has to do with it) i dont know if im doing somethign wrong

Hi,
Right click the torrent & choose "Force Start". Re-start uTorrent and tell us if it works.

No, once in a while the download will have .1Kb/s but usually its 0. THe upload speed is around 60Kb/s and rises sometimes. also, Why is it uploading more than the file is?

Depends whether or not there's anyone seeding it, go back to where you got it and ask politely for a re-seed.

Also, if you got the torrent off a public tracker, there's the possibility it's a phony although they don't usually complete that much or are that small. If it's never been completed, then it probably is unless it's really new. Probably no seeds though. BTW, as long as you're connected to peers, you will be uploading to them, set your upload lower.

With utorrent you can right click on the green icon on your task bar abd it gives you a menu. In the menu you can choose the upload and download speed. Choose that the download speed is unlimited and the upload speed is at 3kb/s or less. And it should increase the download vastly. Also as Rav said make sure the file you are downloading has more seeds that leeches.
