Safe to Delete SE-B'' and SE-B'' mp3 module Folders?

In the GAME150 folder, I still have the seb2_update and seb_update folders. For the mp3 module, can I delete the install folder on the root of the PSP, the UMF-GAME, and UMF-VSH folders? Thanks in advance.
