Does DVD Shrink clone dvd or any dvd program have a way to join movies as 1 big movie such as files from a tv series? Is there a program that does it?

You can use DVD Shrink if you don't mind a small pause between titles. Just use reauthor mode and add the titles to the list on the left side. They will play sequentially in the order you list them.

You can merge files in NeroVision and other DVD authoring programs. If you want to keep the titles separate and use a menu to select, you will need to use an authoring program.
