where is the ISO in torrents?

Where is the ISO in Torrents? all I got is RAR file, R00 file, R01 file, R02 file, up to R23 file and the website where Torrent came from. I need it for Fastloader v.7.

use WinRAR and right click on one of the files and go to extract and you will be left with a iso :)

in the iso folder in the root of your ms

make a folder called ISO and place it in there on the root of the memory stick.

When I extract the WinRAR file, I get another file called xxxx.iso however it is still in a WinRAR file, when I extract that I get 2 files 1 x bin file & a folder psp with other stuff in - should I use the WinRAR file as it is a ISO to load on my psp or do I cnvert this file? I downloaded it.thanks lisa
