NOOB help! MINOR QUESTION iso transer

OK...got PSP to 1.5. Got devhook. got games to work by copying .cso to ISO folder.

My question is:

When I unrar the file the is a "dh" and "PSP" folder. Do I need to transfer those folders to the psp somewhere? If so...what is the purpose? The game work fine when I transfer the .cso to the ISO folder (on the PSP)

no leave those folders just take the iso or cso
