Does anyone know if the Wii will come out with any colors? And if they will, do you know when they will come out with them?
Thanks

It is unlikely Nintendo said most likely no but there will be Wii-motes in all the colours we saw the Original Nintendo revolution eg Lime green, black, silver, aqua blue

Yes so far the console is only white. It's only a matter of time, though, as Nintendo usually releases some special edition consoles or something.

The remotes may not be different colors - You can buy different color gloves that go on the Wii mote already. They're being advertised everywhere

The skins? Those aren't 'official products' and they tend to obstructive to the buttons, because the buttons become somewhat 'hidden' when you use them.
As for colors, Nintendo said the same thing with the 'cube.
Besides, at the initial showings, Nintendo had a black model that was much sleeker looking than the white thing sitting in my living room, lol. But I'm pleased with it nonetheless.

yeah black is much more sleek, but i usually think that white has more of a futuristic look to it.

Sega thought so with the Dreamcast too. That worked well.
Too bad, too; it was a great system, I really like mine still. But halfway through it's lifecycle, Sega realized people weren't digging the white, and they switched to black which was much prettier to look at.

I just saw the Controller Gloves at Target (Pack of 3 for $24.99) - not sure of the brand, they had the official gold Nintendo Accessory seal on them. I am sure there are ebay versions that aren't official, but it looks like Nintendo is endorsing something

....Weird.
Anywho, skins, etc have always had a habit of sort of 'hiding' the buttons. Some people mind, some people don't. I would rather not bury my buttons, because teh skin's thickness is equal to or greater than the button's clearance over the controller's surface.
