How to compress a rar file without winrar

my WinRAR download expired and i have no way of compressing my rar files without it. Are there any other programs that can be used to compress rar files.

WinAce and 7-zip can both extract .rar files.

Try these links for them:

http://www.winace.com/
http://www.7-zip.org/

You'll have to look around the websites to get the downloads, but I don't think it's too hard to find. Personally I'd go for 7-zip because it's totally free (to my understanding) and offers a wide range of compression/extraction formats. Hope that helps! :)
