I posted a Q just 2 min ago and then looked into Add Remove Programs.
There are 2 (two) Nero 7 Premiums 557MB and 524MB ????
An Update from 7.5.7.0 to 7.5.9.0 was flawless.
What... tha..??? :-)

Just let you know that it's fixed. Yes - by editing registry.
"Auomatic" Update left references (a lot!!!) to initial 7.5.7.0 installation.
I hope i'll to find some time soon to put at least main steps here
(not a whole story though...Nooo!)
