On the wii internet channel can you get a wirless receiver thing or anything along those lines?

if you mean for the wii then the wii has a wireless reciver in it. all you have to do is get a router and there you go. and you have to configure the wireless setings on the wii

Yeah, the wireless is built in to the Wii (Most would seem to agree, this is unfortunate), the thing that ISN'T built in to it, is the wired networking ability. Rather perplexing, if you ask me.

But yes, a wireless router is all you'll need there. Just plug it in to your cable/dsl modem, like you would a wired router, and you're good to go.
