HELP with psp internet

hey i just joined and i got a PSP yesterday =)
so im tryign to get the internet working, and i really dont know what to do because i followed the direction that were posted on how to fix the connection, but now everytime i test the connection it says error,

Also when u choose the WlAN thing i choose the strongest connection but i have like 5 or like 3 or 4 different everytime, sometime one is 27% or its 7%
plz help i wanna be able to use my PSP to it maximum!
