PC hates Creative!?

Hi there.

A friend of mine, my mother and my brother all have a creative brand MP3
player. And I have noticed that none of them work properly on mt PC. If they show up in "My Computer" then when I try to access it, I am told that there is nothing on the MP3 player and when I try to put something on, I am told that the location when it clearly does. This is quite annoying and frustrating. I should probably add that my brother got a replacement yet it still does the same thing and that all 3 of them work on other PCs, for some strange reason they don't work on mine!

The MP3 players don't require any drivers or software to be installed via disc etc. it uses Windows Explorer to transfer the files back and forth.

Very confusing! Any help is greatly appreciated!
