I hate this finally got the darn thing to connect, signal isa good, the wii connection test is good and than when it goes to update the window is up for a second and than boom the window drops in a second from the screen and an error comes up about the connection. I'm running thisd thing through my school internet connection, is it possible that its making it drop? any help would be great as i have been trying to get it on the internet since i got it.

ps error code is 32004.

Most likely, the school has your necessary ports blocked. They tend to block a lot at public schools, for legal reasons and such. There's a good chance that's the problem; heck it may also be a port that is being used in conjunction with the WiFi Max adapter, but more likely the Wii itself...

Just a thought.

That's about all I can do for you.
Maybe you could find a friend off-campus that has wifi and see if it works over there. Then you'll know if the problem is your Wii or the school's network.

Wait... when you say "school" you mean college, right? Because if not, than I'd be willing to bet that handsom is correct.
