i downloaded resident evil 2 and it didnt come in iso format but in this format:

how do i burn this on a cd?

Download Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools you can burn ccd files with those 2 programs, just remember not to use cd-rw's and to burn at half the max speed of the cd.
