You're half right. Someone in there gave a link for some light technical support with it.
However, the problem you are describing is not uncommon. Is the WiFi max attempting to connect to anything, like another router?
Also, have you set the IP address as static? You may consider switching this, some devices won't function 100% one way or the other. And Datel(while I love their action replay units) is not exactly known for making flexible equipment, it can be very tempermental; I would definitely suggest checking to see if you have assigned an IP, or if it's random. Whichever it is, you may do well to try switching.
Also, I don't know too much about your specific product, BUT I know a decent deal of networking, so I may be able to offer some more insight:
Generally speaking, Wi-Fi apadpters like that do not function like a standard router, why? Because they're not. You may need to make sure all your equipment is set for an ad-hoc type connection with your pc set for internet connection sharing. If this is the case, make sure your windows firewall is disabled, along with any other protection/firewall. If this works, then odds are that you need to go into them and enable certain ports to make it all function correctly; I would not recommend leaving the firewall(s) disabled for long periods of time, more just short term, for testing purposes.
Hopefully this helps. Let me know what your findings are.
