Ok what is all involved with this program. Is it only a program that allows you to play homebrew meant for firmware 1.50 yet allows you to have the advantages of 2.71 like internet? I've been fooling around with older console emulators but now I want something that will allow me to play UMD rips without having to got back and forth between 1.50 and 2.71 since when I update to 2.71 my emulators become unless to that version right. I just need some help understanding what I'd need to do that or if its even possible at all.

this is not an application you run. its an actual custom firmware you flash to your psp. you dont have switch back and forth with firmwares with this one. it loads iso's right outta the XMB.

Yes it works with 99.99% of homebrew, including SNES9x.
Any homework that doesn't work right away can usually be patched.
USA Factory 1.5 > 2.71 SE-C > 3.03 OE-C, 4GB Sandisk + 1GB Sandisk, D-Pad Mod, SNES 9x_TYL 0.4.2, DGEN 1.70, NesterJ 1.11, DDR Mix V.1, PSP Revolution v.03 Anime, currently playing - Tony Hawk's Project 8, Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, WSC 2007

The best way to learn is to try it yourself man. I mean, i knew nothing about it till i upgraded to it (knowing that i could downgrade to 1.5 easily if i didn't like it). It's just trial and error...and if your smart, you'll make sure none of those errors include the flash on your psp ;)
