I have a number of these Flash Pens and they are all formatted to the FAT system. I was told by the supplier that they shouldn't be re-formatted to NTFS and to keep them FAT.

All the PCs I ever use are Windows XP and I thought that reformatting these devices to NTFS would make better use of the storage space.

The pens are 1GB.

Anyone know if they can be reformatted to NTFS or any reason why they shouldn't.

Cheers

I used to be open minded but my brain fell out.
