Best settings to use to convert movies for N80 and Dell X 50V

I want to build up a collection of converted movies onto my hard drive that can be played on both my Nokia N80 mobile and also my Dell X50V PDA( 640 x 480 VGA). Obviously I want to be able to get the best quality possible. What are the best settings to use in, for instance, Super converter that will produce the best playback that can be used on both. Thanks for any advice.Jim
