I'm having a problem burning an .mpg file to DVD using the Nero Vision 4 Guide that's stickied at the top of the forum. Whenever I go into Nero Vision, I do not get the option to "Make DVD." Am I missing the DVD-Video Plug-in, and if so, where do I get it from? Thanks for any help.
If you have purchased Nero 7 then that option should be available,I would try for fresh install of Nero. Uninstall, run this clean tool

The DVD option is available, even in the demo, as long as the software has done the free activation online. If you don't have the option, even with a purchased copy, then Nero might not be seeing your DVD drive and won't give you the option to use it.
Run Nero InfoTool and check if it is showing the DVD drive listed. If not, you might try removing the drive from the Device Manager and letting Windows reinstall it. You might also search the forum for other folks with your problem, there have been several. Some things mentioned were InCD, and external burners that could cause problems.

Well this is where we disagree!!
The reason it shows on your comp is because at some stage you have entered a serial number therefore each time you d/l Nero it will automatically pick up on your serial number.
If you do NOT have a legit s/n then you DO NOT get ALL the options available.
