I would like to find out why there is a display "Not enough memory" when surfing the internet with PSP.

yeah, start the browser and press triangle. Go across to Tools. Now go down to Delete Cache and delete it. Now go back into Tools but now choose Settings. Now go down to Cache Settings and set it to Do Not Use. Your problem is fixed :)
