i got my ds lite 8 days ago, and the volume switch is a little jiggly. like it moves side to side fine, but it moves in and out slightly. is there anything wrong? the gamestop exchange limit is 1 week. if something is wrong, could i return it tomorrow? ps, how do u get rid of all of those tiny scratches on the outside of the ds?

you can't get rid of the scratches.. they are there to stay

gamestop offers 30 days exchange on defective products.. if you can convince them its defective then exchange it.. if possible return it. you bought it used, right? buy a new one.. its like $10 more

When I first purchased my DS also noticed the "jiggliness" of the volume switch. Since then, I've gotten a new DS (via EB warranty) and I don't think there is a noticeable difference... it's just the way they're designed/manufactured.
