Hi guys. I kind of just stumbled upon this forum and I am really glad I did since it has alot of goodies that I cannot find elsewhere. I am new to the whole playing backup cd's on the ps2 so I am sorry if this is an ultra noob question.

Anyways, I just purchased a slim version of the ps2 and this gameshark with it:




I burned one of the games using DVD+R Ridata discs. It was an ISO and I burned it through the disc image thing on Nero Express. This is what the dvd's that I bought look like.




I am just wondering why isnt it working. I also want to note that my disc is not spining while the tray is open. Its suppose to I assume from watching all the videos on youtube.

Anyways I also bought Swap Magic version 3.6 but even when I load that in, its not spining the disc while the tray is open.

Is there any way I can play copied games or do I need to buy more things?? I have spent quiet the money and I really cant order anything from online at this point. My last option is to go to Pacific Mall here in Toronto and pay the guys to do a hard mod. I have no idea how much that is going to cost me.

If you can give some sort of advice that would be great. Thanks ahead

your drive is NOT supposed to spin with the tray open. you'll need to 'mod' the drive open switch so the console doesn't know the tray was opened.
