what is the port range in a pc. I also want to ask from what ive been reading, if im correct they throttle your ports. So i want to know is there a program or maybe someone should make one that auto switches your ports on your p2p program. i mean wouldnt that make it harder for them to throttle or eve know what your up to. with ecryption and the peer guardian and then port switching. i think that would be a useful tool. am i wrong. but please let me know about port ranges. an let me know if what i stated is possible and practical...
