Yes, I was recently playing my Wii and all of the sudden the controller just shut off. At first I just thought it was the batteries. I changed the batteries and it still didn't work so i turned off the Wii and tried to turn it abck on with the remote. It didn't work....I tried to sync the 2..still nothing, any1 else have this problem can any1 help me?

Ring Nintendo up and ask and get a new wii-mote with the warranty
I doubt someone will know because it is a little thing and the console is only new best to talk to nintendo customer service
P.S their service is alright not based in India like 3 LOL!

it is not a faulty wii remote i had this issue with the wii question did you update your wii

if you didn't then the problem will not be corrected you need to be online with the wii in order to update the wii and fix all of the problems

One of my friend's remote did that and what we did, was open up the battery pack, there is a little red button. Press that one, and see if the blue LEDs for the controller are blinking, if they are, just press the sync button that is on the Wii (where you can insert an SD card). keep holding it, until your remote says that you are player one.
