This should be my final question.I think i read that you do not need passcard 3 after updateing the latest firmware.Is this true? Also what exactly is the passcard 3 for? Thanks for all the help and sorry to be making so many topics.

The Passcard 3 forces the DS to boot the device in the GBA slot into DS mode, this is needed everytime - but if you install FlashMe on your DS you do not need to keep the Passcard. You will still need to buy the Passcard so you can install FlashMe in the first place though.
