Why do two of my movie have 14.97 FPS, what are the ways that this frame rate is possible to occur?
Is it possible that it is already a VCD?

Maybe in the compression you are using it is removing some of the frames per second. Standard frame rates are 24.9777 and 29

I havent compressed the video, when i open the video and watch it, it plays fine, the picture and sound are perfect. This is why I dont understand why the fps is off.

Do you have any ideas? It is an .AVI.
