I've been trying to get the wii to hook up to the net and it won't work for the life of me. I've set every setting 37 times manually and done everything I can do in the router config.

My 360 works fine with it. My PSP works fine with it, my laptop does, my roomates works, my 2nd and 3rd comps work. But the Wii won't connect.

It's getting pretty frustrating. Any ideas on a process I should try.

Router = D-Link DI-634M MIMO router

I've set the Wii up with it's own IP, i've set every setting on the wii manually. the WEP key, the DNS, the MTU, the IP addresses.

I have no idea why it won't let it through.

Just an idea that worked for me. Change your router channel to broadcast on channel 1. Mine was on channel 6 by default and maybe yours is too. The Wii likes channel 1, but my ds lite and everything else works perfect with every other channel. Weird, but everything I have now is working great. Just a possible suggestion

mine is defaulted to 6. I will give it a try. For now I got it working by hooking up another wireless router, and hooking that router to my main router, set up another wireless network for that router and connected to it with the wii. It worked, but it's kind of a roudabout way. I will try the channel thing.

I've your same router: D-link DI-634M
After 1 hour of settings I reachet to connect the wii to the net; I'll explain you exactly what I did.

1) I used the channel 11 on my router
2) DO NOT use WPA2/psk-aes (I used wpa/psk aes, may be wep goes in a good way I didn't try it)
3) disable dhcp on your router and assign a static ip to your router
4) I used "Super G without turbo" as radio signal
5) on your wii, use the manual settings:

ssid: the one you choosed during router config
ip: I used 192.168.0.X (if you have changed the default range of IP on router, you have to change it)
subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 (if is your default range on router)
dns1: 192.168.0.1 (if is your default range on router)
dns2: leave blank
Proxy: do not use it
MTU: leave blank (default = 0)

That's it!! whit this settings I can connect to the web with my wii :-D

I hope this little guide may help you and anyone with connecting problems; bye

Dude, I had a problem with my Wii connecting for 6 days. I finally called up Nintendo, and after an hour talking on the phone they got it working. It was totally worth calling them, and you should give it a shot if none of the other things can help.
