mode 2 issue with matrix

When installing my Matrix modchip i put it into mode one (test/disable)after i hit the g spot and got the flashing green i screwed it down tightly until it stayed flashing green with out pressure. I then shut off my xbox and put the matrix chip into mode 2. When i try to boot it, it will turn on and off 3 times and then stay on with only a black screen on the tv. I am running Evox d6 red bios but i have also tried 4 other bios's on my matrix chip all with the same result. any help would be appreciated greatly.

its an alignment issue.. that means u are damn close but not quite there..

so i am not hitting the d0 point yet. if so, is there an easyer way to hit the point or is it just moving the damn thing till it boots?

my last thing is, that even though it blinks green in test/disable mode , it can still not be in the d0 point?

well i have tried aligning it again and now its gotten worse. the peice of shit won't boot in any mode now. its really screwed up. any help would be appreticated.

Check to see that the LPC points are correctly alligned.
