Help with streambox please?

Hi gang,
I've used Streambox for a long time now...no problem. However, I've just changed ISP's and gone wireless too. Now when I try to set Streambox up, it starts to download but then I get this after about 5 secs into the connection being made: Found lost index tag, truncating file to 393, indexs created then, on the next line: Timeout Sir

And it attempts all over again resulting in the same lines. I've looked around the settings, but to be honest I don't understand them. Could anyone tell me what to do in order to have the file continue to completion?
