Is there a way to put iso on a disc from the computer without a dvd burner? and without swap magic?...not possible to play any backup without this stuff?

You might as well just say how can i put ISO's on a disc without a computer, without a PS2, without swap magic & without a burner.... LMAO You need to get the ISO to read somehow right ? and you definitely can't just play the ISO without a disc because there would be no point in purchasing games correct ? I really don't know what to say bro..... lol thanks for the laugh though that was hilarious.

I dont think you got what i was asking. i have a computer how else would i be typing this? and my questin was do i need to have a dvd burner to copy ps2 games?.. and where do i get swap magic? at any store? or just online?

Hmmm... I could have sworn i seen something different unless you edited it.... anyhow to answer your questions yes you need a DVD burner as 99% of the games are DVD based but if you have a CD only burner you can use that for the 1% that are cd based, As for buying swap magic online you can check from a variety of recommended sites on the official swap magic site here: http://www.swapmagic3.com/Swap_Magic_Where_To_Buy.asp

oooo....alright thanks for the help...so basiclly buy a dvd burner..there not that expensive anyways..and whats better a mod chip or just having swap magic?

Well there are pro's and cons on both... modchips cost more money and also require you to solder which if you have never done this before you can defineitly damage the system forever but you dont need to swap... swap magic on the other hand can be found for as low as $20 and plays basically every game but you have to swap disc each time you play... I went with swap magic and since i have the slim ps2 i did a mod called the "tape and tissue" mod which allows you to use swap magic by using tape and tissue only.

Yeah i would have to say the same, i tried year ago with my fat PS2 thinking that it would be easy or at least normal but once you open it and and see the size of the points you have to solder it's a way different story, not to mention the process of putting it back together lol

haha lol yeah ill take the easy road out by getting swap disc for only 20 instead of like 50 or 100$
