Hey, sorry to bother you guys with yet another of these topics, but I've been looking on the web for 5 hours and still haven't been able to install anything.

My PSP is a firmware 2.81 which I hear is difficult to hack.

Is there any guide on how to hack the psp from a 2.81 to a 3.01 and devhook? I just want to play some bloody ISO's.

Again, sorry for this topic, and any in-depth help would be much appreciated as today is the first day I had this psp, so I know next to nothing about it.

2.81 has not been hacked yet. You can only play official Sony demos.

Nope, you still can not hack it if you updated to 3.01.

2.81 will be hacked soon..so don't upgrade now..like the 2.71..which ppl deemed impossible to be hacked but was proven wrong, i'm sure 2.81 will pretty soon have a downgrade option.
