CWcheat and devhook 0.51

Hi all,

I installed devhook 0.51 and now i want to use CWcheat but when i try to open pspbtcnf_game.txt in ms0:/dh/3001/f0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
i get weird letters like " ć ?IČ2" for example.
are these files encrypted and does someone know how to decrypt them?

okay i figured a little bit but now cwcheat installs half its way when it reachs the progress where it must save cwcheat.prx it stops.
