Adding plugins to Tmpg express 3

I had to install a new drive and preivous to this, when I opened tmpg 3 express and looked at options--preferences---input plugin name, I would see differnt plugins available. Since I have reinstalled the program again, I no longer see any plugins, or codecs other than microsoft mpeg 1 decoder and direct show multifile reader. Is there anyway to install other plugins for tmpg to use? If so, how are they installed?
