Hi Guys!
I use Bittorrents every day 24/7.

I use some private trackers sites (demoniod etc)

I was thinking of making my own site. How would i make a private tracker torrents. Not stealing but making my own. I want to do it so people have to sign up to get the torrents and cant use them public.

I doubt you'll find that answer here.
I suggest you ask the folks that run their own servers for some info.
I can tell you now this will cost you A LOT of money, for a server, bandwidth, and legal counsil once the RIAA and MPAA sue you for illegal filesharing.
