HENC on FM2.71

successfully upgraded to 2.71, then went to PHOTOS, M/S, found HENC, screen went blue, then green, then off. restart PSP, go to Games, M/S duo, can see dev hook up, open this, and then get error message saying game could not be started : "The game could not be started (80020148)",despite looking at youtube video, can not seem to enter in to the BIOS to change Fm to 2.71 . . . what am I doing wrong ??? . . .anyone please . . . . ?

Make sure that you do not have a UMD inserted.

Also try using HEND.

tks for reply, really new to this, very sorry to bother you, so basically remove UMD as per http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/PS..._IN.html#remove - do i remover UMD when PSP is on ? example . . . should i go to PHOTOS/HENC and then remove UMD before opening the file on the M/S . . . . then what . . . open the HENC file, wait for blue, then green then re-start. . . .then do i put UMD back inside whilst the PSP is still on ?

Finally, after you tell me what to do with the above, should I then go to DEV HOOK and hopefully it will lead me in to boot system where I can make the changes within the boot system ? - so at this stage, what should I change ? many thanks indeed from Alan !!
