Hi everyone, I'm having a problem encoding a file with Avi2Dvd. It only runs for a few minutes then stops (error logs below). I've tried the differents encoders within the program with the same result.

I've searched this site and googled with no success. I've also entered the file into G-spot, and required codecs are present. Even since updating to the newest 0.4.4 version hasn't helped.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the "tempsox.wav", but not being technically minded, I've got no idea where to go from here. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi again, I've been researching constantly and having a look at the g-spot program again. Specifically in > system > list codecs and other filters. There are 16 in my list that are marked in the 'problem' category.

Is it possible that one of these problems codecs is the issue in this case? Even though the file plays perfectly in WMP. I haven't updated the K-Lite codec pack in a while. Could someone please advise? Thanks in advance.

Hi, there must be someone here who can help? Please? I have since updated my K-lite codec pack (full version) and now I'm getting an error message everytime I load the file into Avi2Dvd - "Interface not supported". Whatever that means?

So then I uninstalled the k-lite full version, and installed the standard version. Still the same error message. I've also searched for an older version of the program (pre 0.4.4), but there's none that I can find. Did a fresh install of the program, and still the same error message.

I've used this program for about a year, with no previous issues. Since I've updated to the 0.4.4 version I've hit a brick wall. I've also been running the DivX m-peg4 dvd codec.

Can someone please help, as I'm desperate to encode this file. I've only got a small HD. Thanks in advance.
