Hi, Im using ABC as a client and Im wondering how I can throttle it so that it only uses a portion of our bandwidth.

Also, more importantly, Id like to know if I can set ABC to start and stop at certain times during the day. We have a unlimited off peak usage but limited to just 4GB per month in peak times, so Id like to set the client to work in off peak times.

If ABC doesnt do this then can anyone recommend a client that does please.
