I am loading PAL .avi files to convert to DVD format, but it automatically converts them to NTSC / Letterbox, even though I have set the options settings to PAL and 4:3.
This is getting very frustrating.
Does anyone have any clues as to what I can do to stop this from happening.
I don't know what each version will do as far as PAL or NTSC conversion, but when you download the software, if you go to International selection and pick just English, not US-English, you will be offered the Premium edition. I have no idea if it will make any difference, but if you need it to work and it won't, that might help.
