No thats impossible, because for firmware 2.82 and above, the firmware dump is unique to each PSP so you will have to dump it yourself.

Just follow my guide and it should work:

you have to fix the link to PSAR Dumper because it is the same link as DevHook 0.51

you know how u can run iso through usb(usbhostfs) on devhook 0.46 can u run iso through usb on DevHook 0.51 with fw3.01

Also, no you can't play ISOs through USB using DevHook 0.51 yet.
