i need help re: dvd+r disks

Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help, i use vso to convert my dvds from limewire and i usually use DVD+R i reboot my pc every 6 weeks or so and this month i was using my dvd+r's ok but then it wudnt let me put my dvds to disk so i bought DVD-R and it went to that but that sometimes dont work on my dvd player and prefer the DVD+R can someone tell me how i can get DVD+R to work again without wiping my pc again.....

i aint sure but i dont think the psp discussion thread is the best place to be asking bout dvd writables lol erm im sure if you go to the main forum list theres a more appropriate forum for this sorry to be no help tho lol :)
