how do you convert files like bin and at3 and make it into an iso game

are they all in a folder called PSP_GAME and do you have a file called UMD_DATA.bin ?

Use UMDGen. Download that from here:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/689

Then run it and goto File-->New to create a new ISO. Then you can just drag and drop the files into the UMDGen window to create an ISO. When you are finished adding all the files, just go File-->Save to make an ISO.

Just making sure, ziggi, how did you get the files that you need to put in an ISO?

Are you sure you didnt extract the ISO by mistake?

Because normally the files come in an ISO not individually.
