I was just wonder if it is posible to listen to MP3 while the web browser is open?

well frstly try playin your music, then pressing home to minimize it and open the browser, if not try irshell

You can also install 2.71 SE-C and then use the MP3 module. This allows you to listen to MP3s no matter what you are doing on your PSP (except something like updating firmware :) )
