Im looking for an easier way to burn my CD's and DVD's.. im trying to set up a SendTo link for Nero...

I want to know if/what the parameter is to load Nero Burning Rom in the DVD Video section.

Ive done some searching and only found that i can do Nero.exe /w to load Express.. but there has to be a /something that i can put after Nero.exe to have it load a blank DVD video compilation. Ive noticed that when i load Nero SmartStart and click DVD Video is minimized the SmartStart and opened Nero to the place where i want it to go.. just with out having to open Smart Start first.

anyone know? or is there a place to goto for Nero development that might contain the info i seek? I think it can also be called command line commands.

Thanks
~Mike

Thanks
~Mike

I am sure there is. You would be better off setting it up yourself. To do so. Open Nero burning rom the first time yourself. Set the compilation the way you want it to be each time. Then select file save as before you put anything in the compliation. Name it whatever you want.

Note if your compilation is for udf/iso the extention will be nrc if you select dvd video compilation the extention will be nrd.

Put the saved nrc or nrd file on the desktop. Then when you double click it will open Nero with the compilation peremiters you set before you selected save as.

thats one way i guess.. im just trying to find a way to automate the process, cause at last count i have about 40-50 different DVDs i need to burn.

well actually maybe you can help, is there a way to 'queue' up a list of compilations to burn in a row, and just ask me for the next disk? although this is the Nero forum, if Nero does not have the possibility to do this this there a different program that does?

Thanks

Thanks

I have some info on other apps for what you are asking on my windows comp at home. I am on my linux box now until tonight though. I would recommend imgburn for queue burning though. A good guide for it is here http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=930 All of them will need to be iso to start with. With you having so many I would hope you had selected to keep them as iso images. If not you may want to search for an app called folder2iso to make the images. It will not save much time this time if they are not iso already but will be a learning experiance. If I am going to save many before burning I save as iso from start.

So you would need to turn the video_ts folder for each into iso for queue burning.

(Edit) The new version of imageburn supports file burning so it may be able to queue each folder. I have not tryed that so am not sure.
