4,592,117 KB for the .m2v file and
382,466 KB for the .AC3

I think this exceeds the maximum DVD size. If so, can someone direct me to some instructions on what to do. Reduce the file size? Split the movie in half? Please advise. Thanks.

You can try shrinking the file via ReMpeg2:

Why not just get SmartRipper to rip the VOBs without some of the audio streams. Just click on the "Stream Processing" tab and deselect some of the streams that u dont need. you're not exactly gonna want a Hindi sound stream if you can't even understand it are you? Or maybe? This method has worked well for me so far and the VOBs just about fit in the 4.38GB space.
